This policy covers the NOI Hub website at www.noihub.com. If you use the NOI Hub application, your agreement with us governs the data you put into it.

What we collect

When you send us the contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your message if you write one, and which page you sent it from. That's all the form collects.

We don't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you and to follow up about NOI Hub. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are stored with Supabase, and the notification that tells us about a new message is sent through Amazon Web Services. These providers handle the data on our behalf, and it's stored in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your submission for as long as we need it to respond and keep a record of the conversation. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Your choices

Email support@noihub.com to see, correct or delete what you've sent us, or to ask us to stop contacting you.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
